Hiatus until end of August

Gonna be on a short hiatus until the end of August. Some good reasons and some petty reasons. Good reasons include not having enough time to watch anime, let alone blog ’em than I would like to have. Also, I have to get stuff ready for university, since I GOT ACCEPTED. Petty reasons include…well, most of my other spare time go into playing The World Ends With You and Radiant Historia, the latter of which I only received today.

Mayo Chiki! 06 – Let’s Start a War!

I’ve been rather busy lately, so I had to make the last Kamisama Dolls post a really short one, so that I don’t build up a backlog. I watched this episode on the Friday it came out, but I must’ve not watched all of it, because I was looking at some screenshots and I saw stuff I didn’t remember. Frankly, those scenes were at the end and I’m not too bothered to go back and watch that. This episode catered a little bit to those in need of a bit of fanservice, really.

Kamisama Dolls 06 – Karakami Village

I don’t have it in me to write for Episode 6 of Kamisama Dolls. I’ve been a bit busy doing other things and I think I’ve left this post too late anyway. Plus, this is all that matters.

Sacred Seven 06 – One More Knight

Epicness. Sacred Seven just got good again.

Finally! No more of that filler nonsense we’ve seen for the past two episodes. Back to the canon plot. And that is the issue with Knight and his inability to contain his strength to stay human. We didn’t get to see Alma transform, but in return we got two nice fight scenes from other characters.

Mayo Chiki! 05 – Go Out With Me

Man, these London Riots have been messing up my anime scehdule. Not that I’ve been out rioting/looting, but I’m getting distracted and keep monitoring what’s going on. The rioters hit my side of town today, so I had to stay on point the entire day, really. ANYWAY, enough about the London Riots. I have an anime to talk about.

Kamisama Dolls 05 – To My Hometown

Oh a fair amount of action happened in this episode.

Aww yeah, this was a great episode. Kamisama Dolls has to be careful where it places it lighthearted and funny moments, because they tend to happen a lot, even during serious scenes. Aside from that, I feel the story progressed a little further and introduced a new character and enemy in the show.

Sacred Seven 05 – Mirror of the Heart

I’m late with this post, but I was also late with watching this episode. The fact of the matter here is that I’m actually forcing myself to watch this show in hope that somewhere along the line, it cut the bullshit and actually come out with something half-way decent.

KamiMemo 04 – Hanamaru Soup Incident

This episode was the episode that made me consider dropping the show. I was so bored by this episode given that I had practically solved the mystery from the beginning.

Lately, the only times I have been able to watch anime is after midnight due to the situation I’m in right now. I can only really use my younger brother’s laptop around this time since he’s on it during the day. Because of this, I find my opinions of an episode negatively affected sometimes. So initially, I thought this episode was lacking.
